Use in the evening, post cleansing, before any serums. massage into the skin with slightly damp hands, massage for up to 2 minutes. Light tingling and stinging can occur if the skin is compromised, if this happens, don’t massage for very long and reduce amount of time it is left on the skin (use once a week or as directed by myself)
