FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Yes! Virtual consultations are available within the UK only.

  • Achieving optimal skin health is 70% what you do at home and 30% treatments. Homecare is the most important part! I will only ever recommend products your skin will benefit from, but it is advisable to set aside a budget to invest in homecare. Even if you can’t start with treatments right away, spending on homecare will achieve results. 

    Please note, I do not work with brands that can be purchased on the high street. This is due to the fact there are so many, I couldn’t possibly test them all to know their efficacy. I will only recommend products I stock in clinic due to having solid formulations, delivery systems, results & clinical studies.

  • New clients will always need to begin with a consultation, this is for us to go through your medical history, skincare history, lifestyle habits and so much more. You can either book a consultation on its own or consultation & first treatment.

    However, if you don't have any major concerns or struggle with an inflammatory skin condition, you may go ahead and book an treatment directly.

  • Klarna is available on appointments when booked through the website, it is also available on the online shop. A minimum spend of £150 will apply to utilise Klarna.

  • Cancellations must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to your appointment. This will give me time to fill your slot. For cancellations less than this, deposit will be lost. If no deposit is paid (booked directly in clinic and not online) a invoice will be sent to cover the cost of deposit. You can reschedule (read policy below).

  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your appointment slot.

  • If you miss an appointment, you will receive a charge to your card of 100% of the appointment booked.

    If you are unable to make it, please do contact me. I understand sometimes life can get in the way, but if you do not make contact within 24hours of your no-show appointment, the above statement will apply.

  • All deposits are non refundable, however, you can reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of appointment slot to retain deposit.

  • If you’re going to be late, please contact me to let me know. I allow a 15 minute grace allowance as I totally understand that life happens – but please be aware that this will cut into your appointment time or your appointment may not be able to take place.

  • There are unfortunately, no free parking spaces available. The closest parking is by Imperial Square, if you download the MiPermit app, you can pay for your parking on the app VIA card or in cash using the machines.

    I am on the second floor of the building, I do not have a waiting room, please avoid arriving more than 5 minutes early.

    Children aren’t permitted on site and please avoid bringing anyone else to your appointment as this is your time to learn & relax!

  • There are strictly no refunds offered on opened skincare products or treatments.
