No blue light or scrolling before bed! Your nervous system deserves a break, and your skin benefits massively when it’s not riding a late-night dopamine rollercoaster. I’m also fully aware that ADHD and PTSD make routine harder, so this isn’t about perfection! Even tiny pockets of mindfulness, a slow breath, a moment of grounding, a gentle pause will make a real difference. Little consistent shifts will support your skin just as much as your routine does.
